Rise and Shine: Starting the Day Right

As a technician at MASI Plumbing, Heating & AC, my day begins early. I’m up at 6 AM, ready to tackle whatever challenges the day might bring. After a quick breakfast and a strong cup of coffee, I’m out the door by 7 AM, heading to our first job of the day in Nashua, NH.

Morning: Ductless HVAC Installation

Our first task is installing a new ductless HVAC system for a homeowner in Nashua. These systems are becoming increasingly popular due to their energy efficiency and flexibility. As we arrive at the client’s home, we:

  • Assess the space and confirm the installation plan
  • Set up the outdoor unit
  • Install the indoor air handlers
  • Connect the refrigerant lines and electrical components

By lunchtime, we’ve completed the installation and tested the system to ensure it’s working perfectly.

Afternoon: HVAC Repair in Hudson

After a quick lunch break, we head to Hudson, NH, for an HVAC repair job. The homeowner has reported that their system isn’t cooling effectively. We diagnose the issue, which turns out to be a faulty compressor. We explain the problem to the client and proceed with the necessary repairs.

Evening: Boiler Check in Merrimack

As the day winds down, we have one last stop in Merrimack, NH. A client has requested a routine boiler check to ensure everything is in working order before the colder months arrive. We perform a thorough inspection, clean the system, and make some minor adjustments to improve efficiency.

Wrapping Up: Back to Base

After a full day of serving our clients across southern New Hampshire, we head back to the MASI Plumbing, Heating & AC headquarters. We review the day’s work, complete our paperwork, and prepare for tomorrow’s assignments. It’s been a busy but rewarding day, knowing we’ve helped keep our community comfortable and their systems running smoothly.
